29 Day Challenge update: February 1-3

So far so good, though I did fail to get up at 9am today. Saturday’s poker game went a little late for me so this morning I chose to sleep until 9:30.

Waking up on time won’t be hard as long as I get to sleep on time. So far meditation is the biggest challenge. Clearly it’s a “minute to learn, lifetime to master” thing.

Surprisingly exercise and diet have not been very hard. We’ll see what happens when I try to work out really hard with weights instead of just walking and running.
