Eric, that's outrageous. Have you tried posting your problem on Get Satisfaction?

Probably won't budge the ATT monolith, but I bet you'll find people with similar problems.

I have ATT WiFi been paying $20 a month for over a year. ATT says I have no account with them. What the hell am I paying for if I don't have an account with them. ATT had me call HP who they said set up my account with them???????? All I want to do cancel my account and I cannot because ATT shows no account for me, but they are taking $20 dollars out of my checking account each month.

Thanks for this post. I'm flying out of Burbank on Wed. and just realized I had never been in the airport long enough to need my laptop. I was wondering if the airport had wifi (which should be a no-brainer, better free) and this post came up in my google search.

Disheartening to learn my options are those two. We ended our T-Mobile account last year, but $4 for AT&T isn't that bad, though wifi at McCarran Airport is free and pretty fast.
