Why shrinkwrap software is dead
The other night I took Micah to see the Lakers beat the Knicks at Staples Center.
I mentioned my recent post about hard drive backups and said that even supposedly "painless" technology stuff often has a ton of cognitive overhead.
Micah replied, "That's why everything's moving to the cloud."
